Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q. How do I know what size Banister Bindings to order?
A: Measure the distance around your banister with a tape measure and follow the purchase guide on our "What Size do I Need?" page.

Q: My banister is 10" and is on the border between Medium and Large - which should I purchase?
A. We generally recommend moving to the larger size because you will need to take into account the thickness of our garland. Unless your garland is very thin, you need to purchase the size large.

Q: Why does the charge on my credit card statement say "Gift Baskets by Mary Frances?
A: Banister Bindings and Gift Baskets by Mary Frances are both divisions of the Mary Frances Company. At this time both companies share credit card authorization services.
