We will accept returns and issue refunds of any unopened Banister Bindings minus the shipping and handling charge. Customers should first measure their banister before ordering to be sure they are ordering the correct size. We will not refund or exchange any opened packages. If you have a problem with your Banister Bindings or are unsure of what size you need, please contact us first.
